摘要
采用红外热像测试技术对肋化冲击靶板双圆孔射流冲击换热进行了实验研究,研究了多种肋化形式、流动参数和几何参数对射流冲击换热特性的影响。结果表明:由于产生更多的扰动并降低肋片对射流在壁面扩散的阻碍,间断的肋片形式比连续的肋片形式有更好的强化换热效果;60°斜向间断肋型有最佳的换热效果;随着射流Reynoldes数的增大,冲击靶板的换热效果显著提高;冲击间距对冲击靶板的换热效果有一定的影响,冲击间距为冲击孔直径2倍时换热效果较好。
Infrared thermography was used to investigate the heat transfer on the a rib-roughened plate with jet impingement from two round nozzles. The experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of the rib configuration, flow, and geometric parameters on the heat transfer characteristics. The results show that the heat transfer effectiveness of the plate with broken ribs is better than that with continuous ribs because of the increased turbulence and tess restriction of the diffusion of the flow after the jet impinges the plate, with 60~ V-shaped broken ribs performing the best. Higher Reynolds numbers give higher heat transfer coefficients on the plate. The impingement cooling effectiveness of the ribbed surface is affected by the jet-to-surface spacing with improved effectiveness for a jet-to-surface space ratio of 2.
