摘要
目的通过对本院门诊处方中抗高血压药物使用情况的调查分析,论证抗高血压用药的合理性。方法对本院2008年第一季度600张门诊处方中抗高血压药物的应用品种、用药频度、联合用药方案等数据进行统计分析。结果本院抗高血压药物最常用的是钙拮抗剂,其次是β-受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂以及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI);而用药方案主要是以小剂量二联为主。结论抗高血压药物临床应用广泛,应注意合理用药。
Objective Through diagnosis the current situation of antihypertensives in the hospital outpatient service prescription, proves the rationality of antihypertensives was analysed. Methods Statistical analysis on the antihypertensive drugs among 600 prescriptions,which was from january to marchr in 2008 ,was conducted in terms of the administration varieties, administration frequency, unite plans of drugs, etc. Results In the hospital in common use antihypertensive drugs being the diuretics, and then Beta-adrenergic blocker agents , the Calcium channel blocker,Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists and then ACEI ;The mainly methods of drug using was by the small dosage two couplets union. Conclusions The drugs for high blood pressure are complicated in classification and numerous in kind. Therefore we should rationally use them.
