摘要
提高党的建设科学化水平这个重大命题,是根据世情、国情、党情的新变化对党的建设提出的新要求,这个命题包含着深刻而丰富的内涵,有着重要的时代意义,将对加强和改进党的建设产生重大影响。提高党的建设科学化水平,其基本途径可概括为,以科学理论为指导,提高党的建设科学化水平;以制度为保证,提高党的建设科学化水平;以科学方法为引导,提高党的建设科学化水平。此外,还要以党的执政能力建设和先进性建设为主线,以服务大局为根本,提高党的建设科学化水平。
The major issue to improve the scientific level of party's construction is a new requirement to party construction according to the new change of the situation.The issue contains rich and profound meaning,which will exert great influence in strengthening and improving party's construction.The ways to improve the scientific level in party construction are as follow :guided by scientific theory,guaranteed by system,guided by the scientific methodology,to improve the scientific level of party construction.In addition,taking the construction of party's administrative ability and advancing feature,the whole situation as the essential aim,focusing all of these,the scientific level of party construction can be improved.
