摘要
简要介绍了气冲造型型砂性能的控制要点，即对型砂紧实率、含水量、透气性、湿压强度、湿劈强度、含泥量、型砂粒度、有效膨润土量、有效煤粉含量等性能的控制及其对铸件品质的影响。
The control approach of sand properties is discussed. The method to control the properties, such as sand compactablity, water content, permeability, wet strength, wet splitting strength, clay content, grain size, effective bentonite con and effective pulverized coal content. The relation with quality of casting is also introduced.
