基于轨迹包络的三坐标测量空间曲面求交算法的研究

摘要 本文提出了基于轨迹包络的三坐标测量空间曲面求交算法,并分别讨论了同向表面与异向表面的求交过程,在三坐标测量中,该方法可直接利用采样数据进行求交计算,具有过程简单、速度快等特点,是一种简便易行的空间曲面求文算法。 An intersection algorithm for free sculpture surface with path envelopment in 3D measurement and an algorithm for synclastic surface and reverse surface intersection are put forward. It can be used directly to make intersection calculation and get its normal direction of intersection point with the sampling data in CMM system, and does not need to construct a complete intersection sculpture surface before intersection calculation. Comparing with the traditional intersecting algorithm methods such as dissecting and tracing algorithms, it has characteristics of simple procedure, higher calculating accuracy and faster speed, and is a simple space intersection algorithm in split of sculpture surfaces. It is convenient to reduce sampling data in CMM to construct sculpture surface with 3D measurement on free path, and can be used in coordinate measurement on complex free surface and its intersecting calculation.
