摘要
目的了解急诊科护士专业核心能力的培训现状及需求,为进一步开展针对性、系统性的培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对广州市某12所医院急诊科的110名护士进行调查。结果护士对急诊科专业核心能力培训需求排序依次为急救仪器和设备、急救技能、协调组织与应急、教育培训,需求率分别为99.1%、96.4%、81.8%及69.1%。5年以下与5年以上护士在急救仪器和设备、急救技能的需求情况方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急诊科专业护士核心能力的培训应结合其培训需求,加强急救仪器和设备的使用、突出急救技能、加强协调组织与应急能力的培训,从而为挽救患者的生命赢得时间。
Objective To investigate the core competency needs of professional nurses in the emergency department, so as to provide evidence for planning specialized training program for the emergency nurses. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 110 nurses serving in the emergency department in Guangzhou city. Results The Competency Needs of Professional Nurses were emergency instrument (99.1%), first-aid skill (96.4%), management of coordination and emergency events (81.8%) and education (69.1%). For the acknowledge of emergency instrument and first-aid skill, there was significant difference between nurses who worked less than 5 years and those who worked more than 5 years (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Training should be closer to the training needs and emphasize the emergency instrument, first-aid skill management of coordinate and emergency events. It should save the time for rescuing patients life.
