摘要
通过不同的热处理工艺制度,研究20Cr14Co12 Mo5高性能轴承钢的组织以及硬度、冲击韧性、抗拉强度和屈服强度等力学性能的变化规律。研究表明:不同热处理工艺对材料显微组织与力学性质具有显著影响规律,在一定的热处理制度下,20Cr14Co12 Mo5可达到表面硬度HRC 51.0,Rm为1840 MPa,Rp0.2为1410 MPa,A为17%,Z为62.5%,Aku为75J.cm-2,KIc为108 MPa.m1/2。
The relationship between microstructures and mechanical properties of bearing steel 20Cr14Co12Mo5 are researched with different heat treatment. The results show that microstructures and mechanical properties are influenced by heat treatment with different heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the bearing steel can obtain HRC 51.0, Rm of 1 840 MPa, Rp0.2 of 1410 MPa,A of 17% ,Z of 62.5% ,Aku of 75 J · cm^-2 ,KIc of 108MPa · m^1/2.
