摘要
经自然腔道手术是一种创新性微创手术。但在临床研究过程中面临着诸多的伦理争议,例如人们究竟需要不需要这种手术,这种手术真的就是安全的吗?这些问题既需要研究者认真地给出答案,也是对伦理委员会审查创新性临床研究项目时提出的挑战。
Natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery （NOTES） provides creative performance of incisionless operations. However, there are many ethical issues raised during the new surgery investigated, they are whether people really need this new technical surgery or not, is the surgery totally safe to subjects, and so on. All of ethical issues should be answered carefully by investigators,also is a big challenge for IRB.
