摘要
增加黄金储备,可缓解我国外汇储备风险,维护国民财富安全,有利于在重建国际金融秩序过程中增强人民币的话语权,也有利于人民币走向国际化,为人民币成为国际硬通货奠定重要基础。文章提出,增加黄金储备应成为优化和调整外汇储备结构的一个重要选择方向。增加黄金储备,应以产业界为主渠道,积极打造增储的战略平台,借助当前有利时机,增储矿产资源性黄金和商品性黄金,并通过一定机制使之转化为金融性黄金。
The author believes that increasing the gold reserve can help alleviate risk of foreign exchange reserve, guarantee the security of national wealth, and be beneficial for enhancing discourse right during the process of rebuilding international financial order. And in the long term, it will be beneficial for RMB to be international and lay a solid foundation for RMB to be the international hard currency. Because increasing gold reserve is the important way for us to optimize and adjust the structure of foreign exchange reserve, we should establish a strategic platform for the increase of gold reserve, take advantage of the opportunity, increase reserve of both mineral resource gold and commodity gold, and transform them to be financial gold.
