摘要
结合天津海河开启桥承台大体积混凝土的设计要求,对承台高性能混凝土进行配合比设计,研究承台高性能混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能、干缩、绝热温升和抗渗、抗冻、抗氯离子渗透、抗硫酸盐腐蚀性能。制备的承台大体积混凝土的主要技术指标均达到设计要求,并在天津海河开启桥承台大体积混凝土施工中得到成功应用。
According to the design requirement of mass concrete cap of Tianjin Hai River Bascule Bridge, mix proportions of high performance concrete were designed.Properties of flesh concrete, mechanical properties, drying shrinkage, adiabatic temperature rise, impermeability, frost resistance, chloride permeability and sulfate attack of concrete were investigated.The mass concrete that was made could meet the design requirement and was successfully used in construction the cap of Tianjin Hai River Bascule Bridge.
