摘要
文化软实力是一种关系性权力,一国在国际交往中因其所崇奉的思想、知识和价值得到普遍认同而获得了影响他国行为的能力。体现和维护本国国家利益的思想、观念和原则得到国际社会的普遍认同和广泛接受,可以影响他国在国际事务中的行为,减少自己的对外政策实施中遇到的抵制和阻力,从而有助于一国在国际交往中实现自己的战略目标,增进自己的国家利益。文化软实力的强弱直接关系到一个国家的国际竞争力,关系到一个国家维护自身国家利益实现自己战略目标的能力。当今世界一些国家在提高文化软实力方面创造出了不少好的做法和经验。本文对这些好的做法和经验进行了总结和提炼。
Cultural soft power is a kind of relation power, the ability to influence other countries with the country’s thoughts, knowledge and values recognized by others. General acceptance and recognition of the thoughts, ideas and principles may influence other country’s behavior, reduce the resistance in carrying out diplomatic policy and thus is conducive to the realization of a country’s strategic goal and the maintenance of the country’s interests. Cultural soft power directly relates to a country’s international competitiveness and the capability of a country to maintain its own interest and realize its strategic goal. In the present world some countries have made good methods and experiences to improve the cultural soft power. This paper makes summary of these methods and experiences.
