马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化的三"化"有各自基本内涵,但又是辩证统一的整体。在新的历史进程中,马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化有内在的规定性要求。当今,加强中国共产党各级组织建设,是马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化最有效的,也是必须的组织保证。掌握马克思主义基本理论,掌握历史文化知识和最新科技知识,是理论前提。以解决现实突出问题、紧迫问题和长远的科学发展战略问题为出发点,着力破解和平共处、科学发展、拒腐防变三大历史课题,是联系实际的针对性要求。
The domestication, contemporarization and popularization of Marxism each has its own connotation, but they also form a whole. In the new historical process, they have the internal requirements. In the long-term revolution and construction, the party has accumulated rich experiences. To strengthen the construction of the party organization on all levels is the most effective guarantee of Marxist domestication, contemporarization and popularization. To master well the basic theory of Marxism, historical knowledge and newest technology is the precondition. Focusing on solving the urgent problems and long-term strategic problems, and the three historical issues-peaceful coexistence, scientific development and anti-corruption are the requirement to actual relation.
