摘要 20世纪50~80年代贵州少数民族教育的发展历史大致可以分为五个阶段,即缓慢发展阶段、过度膨胀阶段、初次调整恢复阶段、再次调整恢复阶段和稳定发展阶段。其发展过程呈现出起伏变化大、发展速度不均衡、80年代中期开始高速发展以及到80年代末基本接近或达到贵州整体教育水平等特点。整体发展水平不高、发展缺乏稳定性以及对贵州少数民族教育政策、措施的研究落后于贵州少数民族教育实践的发展是其存在的主要问题。因此应该继续坚持少数民族教育的各项政策和措施,保持少数民族教育政策和措施必要的延续性,加强少数民族教育政策与措施的研究,提高少数民族教育政策与措施的针对性和时效性。 The developmental history of minority education in Guizhou from the fifties to eighties of the twentieth century can be compartmentalized into five stages. They are the slow- developing stage, the overexpanded stage, the first adjustment and re- version stage, the second adjustment and reversion stage and the steadily - developing stage. There existed some traits of strong undulation, shifting speed, having begun to develop at high speed in the middle eighties and having nearly reached the whole ed- ucation level in Guizhou in the developmental course of minority education in Guizhou by the late eighties. Low level of its whole development, lacking stability in the developmental course and the research on the policy and countermeasures to the minority ed- ucation in Guizhou dropping behind the development of the practice of the minority education in Guizhou are its main existing problems. So the policy and countermeasures to the minority education must be stick to, the continuity of the policy and counter- measures to the minority education must be held and the pertinence and validity of the policy and countermeasures to the minority education should be improved.
