摘要
介绍一种程控高压脉冲发生器,主要由高压电源、储能电容器组、氢闸流管和控制电路等组成,可以输出一个负极性的高压脉冲,脉冲幅度为10~15kV。程控高压脉冲发生器采用模块化设计结构,将通用的构建于模拟电路基础之上的高压脉冲发生器与数字控制技术相结合,通过触摸屏、可编程控制器PLC加以控制,实现仪器的智能化。
This paper introduces a kind of programmed control high voltage pulse generator. It is mainly composed of high voltage power supply, capacitors,hydrogen thyratron and control circuit etc. The output of generator is negative pulse, the pulse amplitude varies from 10kV to 15kV. The structure design of the programmed control high voltage pulse generator is modularized.It combines with the numerical control technology and the general high voltage pulse generative technology which is based on some simulative circuit.It can realize the intelligent controled by the touch screen and programmable logic control (PLC).
