摘要
通过X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜分析(TEM)等手段,研究了钨-铜(不互溶合金)系在机械合金化过程中的固溶合金化和纳米化行为。结果发现,铜固溶在钨中,并形成了置换固溶体。
The solid solution alloying and nanocrystallizing behavior of the W-Cu (an immuscible alloy) system during mechanical alloying have been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission election microscopy (TEM) etc. The results show that Cu solubilizes in W and the substitutional solid solution is formed.
