摘要
分析了硫酸盐苇浆三段漂白(氯化C、碱处理E、次氯酸盐漂白H)各段废水的污染负荷,设计连续完全混合式曝气系统对其进行生物化学处理。通过对活性污泥的培养驯化、废水的进料速度及浓度、通气量等工艺条件的正交实验研究,并结合工业生产实际情况,得出了用该法处理漂白废水的最佳条件:经稀释后废水浓度40%(COD值在2000左右)、温度25℃~30℃,通气量76L/h、废水停留时间3h。废水COD去除率达87%。再用明矾复合剂进一步进行混凝处理后,出水水质清,各项指标达到国家排放标准。
Characterization of effluents from reed pulp CEH bleaching was studied. A continuous totally fixed aeration system device was designed to treat effluents with biochemical methods. The operating conditions such as the cultivation of active sludge, flow rate and air liquid ratio etc. were studied. According to the result of the orthogonal experiments and the practical working condition, the best condition is as follows: effluent concentration 40% or effluent dilution rate 2.5 (about COD 2 000) temperature 25 ℃ ~30 ℃,air liquid ratio 380 L/h (5 L) effluent residence time 3 h. Under this condition, 87% of effluents COD was removed. After further treatment of flocculation by the alum compound, the clean outlet water accorded with the national effluent discharge standard.
