摘要
文化本身并不构成资本,而是现代产权制度将文化创造形塑成了文化资本。文化资本由文化—知识产权、创造文化知识产权的人力资本和产业的组织结构所蕴含的组织资本三种资本形式构成。文化资本是文化产业的核心,文化产业就是通过文化资本的投入、转形生产和运营的产业,其资产的评估和测量也应以文化资本为核心。
＂Cultural capital＂ is not made by cultural value but modern system of property rights. The modern system of property right shaped cultural creation into cultural capital with the general characters of economic capital. Cultural capital is made up of three aspects, cultural-knowledge property rights, human capital which creates cultural-knowledge property right, and organizational capital. Therefore, cultural capital is the hardcore of cultural （creative） industries, and runs through all links of cultural industries, including investment, transform production and marketing.
