摘要
目的:探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊对外源性激素诱导子宫肌瘤大鼠模型的作用。方法:采用外源性激素诱导大鼠建立子宫肌瘤模型,给药观察30天,测量子宫横径,计算子宫系数,观察子宫病理组织学改变。结果:桂枝茯苓胶囊组子宫系数、子宫横径显著低于模型对照组(p<0.01)。病理检查子宫肌层变薄,肌纤维稍显肥大。西药对照组子宫系数、子宫横径低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。病理组织形态亦有改善。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊是治疗外源性激素诱导大鼠子宫肌瘤的有效药物。
Objective: To study the effect of Ramulus cinnamomi Poria capsule on the rat model of hysteromyma induced by exogenous hormones. Methods: Through establishing the rat model of hysteromyma induced by exogenous hormones,the Ramulus cinnamomi Poria capsule was given to the rats and observed for 30 days, the uterine diameter was measured, the uterine coefficients was calculated, and the uterine histopathological change was observed. Results: The uterine diameter and uterine coefficient of the rats in Ramulus cinnamomi Poria capsule group was significantly tower than the rats in model control group (p〈0.01), and through pathological examination, we found the myometrium was thinner than than the rats in model control group, although muscle fiber hypertrophy slightly. The uterine diameter and uterine coefficient of the rats in western medicine group was lower than the rats in model control group (p〈0.05k and pathological morphology was improving. Conclusion: The Ramulus cinnarnomi Poria capsule is effective for treatment of the hysteromyma induced by exogenous hormones.
