摘要
介绍了1例重症手足口病合并肺出血患儿的抢救和护理体会。做好入院时急诊处理,快速建立适合于进行血液灌流和持续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)的血管通路,在血液灌流和CRRT治疗期间密切观察病情,同时做好管道护理,确保抗凝效果并防止出血,保证血液净化的顺利进行。该患儿最终救治成功。
This paper reports the nursing care of a case of severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with pulmonary hemorrhage. The nursing care focused on proper emergency care at admission,promptly opening IV access for hemoperfusion and continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT）,close observation of the patient＇s condition and taking good care of IV catheters,infusing and drainage tubes during hemoperfusion and CRRT to ensure the treatment effect of anticoagulant therapy and prevent bleeding,and thereby to ensure the smooth vroaress of blood nurification. As a result,the child survived.
