摘要
采用Apache+PHP+MySQL等网站开发技术,遵循Web网站设计与开发的标准流程,设计并开发了基于Web的通信监理公司办公自动化系统。针对通信监理公司的机构组成和办公特点,设计了系统的网络拓扑结构和总体功能,分析了系统开发中的服务器配置、后台数据库设计以及模块开发,给出了权限分级、表格定制、Excel数据提取、防信息复制、上载容量限制等典型问题的解决方案。最后开发了集内部办公与外部服务于一体的网络应用系统,为通信监理公司提供了安全高效的网上办公环境。
According to the standard process ofwebsites design and development, the OA system ofcommunication consultant company is designed and developed utilizing Apache+PHP+MySQL technologies. In view ofthe constitution and official feature of communication consultant company, the network topology is designed and the total function framework is given. It is emphasized to analyze configuring the server, design the background database and develop the modules. The solutions of typical problems are provided, they are about how to delimit an authority, customize a form, extract data from a excel file, prevent information from being copied, limit the capacity of an uploading file. Finally, the network application system is developed which integrates internal handling official business and external services, so the safe and efficient online office environment is executing for communication consultant company.
