美国致密砂岩气藏开发与启示 被引量:41

摘要 美国是目前致密砂岩天然气产量最多的国家,历经40年逐步形成了气藏描述、井网加密、增产改造及钻井完井等系列配套技术,其成功的开发实践将为我国致密砂岩气藏开发提供宝贵的经验。在系统调研并分析美国致密砂岩气藏储层特征、开发特征与关键技术的基础上,借鉴美国致密砂岩气田的开发经验,得到以下几点启示:①三维地震技术可以有效地提高开发井成功率;②井网加密可以有效提高多层、透镜状气藏的采收率;③直井分层压裂是致密气藏开发的主体增产工艺技术;④综合应用小井眼、快速钻井、地面优化简化等技术来降低成本。上述分析研究结论将对我国低渗透砂岩气藏合理开发起到积极的推动作用。 The USA is one of the largest producers of tight sand gas in the world.In the last four decades,an integrated technology has been established,which includes gas reservoir description,well pattern thickening,stimulation,drilling and completion,etc.Its successful development practices provide valuable experiences for China to develop tight sand gas reservoirs.Based on the in-depth investigation into the reservoir characteristics,the development features and key technologies of tight sand gas reservoirs in the USA,several points of enlightenment have been achieved:a.Three-dimensional seismic technology can effectively improve the success rate of development wells;b.Well pattern thickening can effectively enhance the recovery of multi-layer and lenticular gas reservoirs;c.Separate layer fracturing in vertical wells is one of the main stimulations of tight sand gas reservoir development;d.Slim hole,quick drilling,simplification and optimization of surface facilities are the key methods to reduce the cost.These experiences will play a positive role in the development of low-permeability sandstone gas reservoirs in China.
