摘要
目的:建立浊度法测定硫酸小诺霉素片的效价。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌,加菌量为2.0%(v/v),37℃±0.5℃培养3～4h测定。结果:抗生素线性浓度为0.5～1.24u.mL-1,二剂量法的平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.6%。结论:本方法灵敏、快速、准确,可作为测定硫酸小诺霉素的效价的方法。
Objective：To establish a turbidimetric method of micromomicin.Method：The test orgnism was Staphylococcus aureus and cultured with fresh medium （pH 7.0）.Adjust spore suspension of Staphylococcus aureus inoculate with a 2.0%（v/v） ratio,at 37 ℃±0.5 ℃ for 3-4 h.Results：The liner range was 0.5-1.24 u/mL-1.The RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion：The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate.
