摘要 本文综述了发根农杆菌Ri质粒在植物学理论研究、有用植物次生代谢物生产、植物品种改良及植物栽培四个方面应用的最新进展。 The latest progresses of the application of Ri plasmid on the studies of theoretical problems of plant science, the production of plant secondary metabolites, plant species improvement and plant cultivation are reviewed. 
