大豆黄酮对固始鸡血液及肌肉组织中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 选择120只1日龄健康固始鸡,按体重相近的原则,随机分为4组,即对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加10、20、30mg/kg的大豆黄酮的日粮,试验期为42d。分别于2、4、6周龄每组随机抽取10只鸡称重并屠宰,测定鸡血清、胸肌和腿肌中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量,以探讨大豆黄酮对固始鸡血清及组织中胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响。结果表明,基础日粮中添加10~30mg/kg的大豆黄酮,可显著或极显著降低血清胆固醇水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);添加20mg/kg的大豆黄酮,可于4周龄和6周龄时显著降低血清甘油三酯水平(P<0.05)。添加大豆黄酮可降低固始鸡胸肌胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,但对腿肌胆固醇和甘油三酯水平影响不显著。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of daidzein on the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) contents in the blood serum and muscular tissue of Gushi chickens.120 one-day-old healthy Gushi chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were experiment Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ group and control group(n=30).The control group was fed basal diet,the experimental groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 10,20 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg daidzein respectively,and the whole experiment period lasted for 42 days.On the 14th,28th and the 42nd day, 10 Gushi chickens were selected from each group randomly to weigh and slaughter respectively.The contents of TC and TG in the blood serum ,chest muscle and leg muscle were measured.Results showed that:compared with the control group ,the content of TC and TG in experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the blood serum and chest muscle,but no obvious influences on TG contents in the leg muscle.
