摘要
目的探讨剖宫产术中子宫肌瘤切除的可行性。方法比较剖宫产加子宫肌瘤切除组(观察组)与正常剖宫产组(对照组)术中出血量。结果观察组较对照组出血量无明显增多。结论剖宫产同时切除子宫肌瘤安全可行。
Objective To investigate the cesarean section in the feasibility of resection of uterine leiomyoma. Methods To compare the increase in cesarean section uterine myomectomy group （ observation group） and normal cesarean section group （ control group） volume of blood loss. Results The observation group than in the control group no significant increase in amount of bleeding. Conclusion The cesarean section at the same time is feasible and safe removal of uterine fibroids.
