摘要
由于大水面淡水鱼养殖受多种客观或主观因素的影响,项目投资风险很大,因此在项目投资前对投资风险进行评估和后面的风险控制对淡水鱼养殖项目投资的成败有着极其重要的作用。在分析和研究东江水库淡水鱼养殖项目风险特点的基础上,对东江水库淡水鱼养殖项目的投资情况作实证案例分析,在此基础上提出适合我国国情的淡水鱼养殖投资项目的非系统风险评估指标及建立相应的风险评估模型,并就如何运用此模型,对项目投资的非系统风险进行了评估,为淡水鱼项目投资的非系统风险控制提供决策参考。
Affected by objective and subjective factors ,there are great risks in the investment projects of the aquaculture of freshwater fish ,and it is of great importance for the success of the investment project to evaluate the investment risks of the project before investing and control the risks afterwards.Based on the analysis and research into the characteristics of risks of the investment project of the aquaculture of freshwater fish in Dongjiang Reservoir ,the actual conditions of the investment were studied hi this paper.The non-system risk evluation index for the iuvestment project of the aquaculture of freshwater fish whieh suits China＇s conditions was put forward ,and the corresponding evaluation model was established.By using this model ,the non-system risk of the investment project was evaluated so as to provide the decision-making of the controlling of the non-system risks on the investment of the freshwater projects.
