遗传学教学中要加强经典遗传学与分子遗传学的结合

摘要 遗传学是生物科学中十分重要的基础科学,近年来发展迅猛.现行遗传学教材往往把经典遗传学与分子遗传学割裂开来,学生难以构建深层的知识体系.本文阐述了在遗传学教学中要加强经典遗传学与分子遗传学的结合,并介绍了几种结合的方法,旨在为学生学习复杂的分子遗传学内容打下良好基础,同时努力提高学生学习遗传学的兴趣. As a fundamental science in bioscience, genetics has been developing speedily recently. However, classical and molecular genetics were separated in genetics teaching, which brnugbt great difficulty for students to construct their knowledge system. In this study, the combination of classical and molecular genetics in genetics teaching was discussed. Furthermore, some approaches were introduced for students to master molecular genetics and increase their interest in learning genetics.
