摘要
日前，2009年召开的第69届ADA年会上，由ADA、欧洲糖尿病研究会（EASD）以及国际糖尿病联盟（IDF）成员组成的专家组发布了国际委员会专家报告，建议将HbA1c作为诊断糖尿病的方法之一。为此，本文将就HbA1c作为糖尿病筛查与诊断指标的相关问题作一介绍。
