带电水蒸气清洗配电网电气设备作业人员安全试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 带电水蒸气冲洗中保障作业人员的安全尤为重要。参照已有带电作业规程,对带电水蒸气冲洗配电网电气设备的人员安全问题进行试验研究,绘制了严格绝缘条件下水蒸气柱不同含水量和不同长度时作业人员侧泄漏电流曲线。试验结果表明:作业人员侧的泄漏电流随水蒸气柱含水量增大而增加,随水蒸气柱长度增大而减小;试验条件下所有泄漏电流均为微安级,小于规定的作业人员安全泄漏电流;实际清洗中可采取增加水蒸气柱长度、加装绝缘杆和可靠接地等措施来增加安全裕量;应待水蒸气稳定喷出后再对设备进行带电清洗。 It's important to ensure the personnel safety in hot water vapor washing. This paper studies the personnel safety when hot washing the distribution power network equipment referring to existing live working regulation. The curves of leakage current on operating personnel side are plotted with different water content and different length of water vapor column in strict insulation conditions. The results show that the leakage current on operating personnel side increases with the water content of water vapor column increasing and decreases with the length of water vapor column increasing. All the leakage currents in experimental conditions are microampere level which less than the regulating leakage current. The safety margin could be increased by increasing the water vapor column length, fixing insulating bar and equipment grounding. The hot washing should be carried out when the water vapor eject stably.
