摘要
早期素质概念内涵狭窄,仅指自然性的心理、生理学意义上的含义,后来演化而丰富进社会性的教育学或其他意义上的内涵。至21世纪初又出现了"动控素质"问题的研究,强调在人才培养中,培养积极动控素质的重要性。考察素质概念由狭义到广义的演变过程,在具体评析学术界流行的三个教育学素质概念的得失基础上,重新界定了教育学的素质内涵;同时,在对教育学素质的结构分类的基础上,重点阐述了动控素质,尤其是积极动控素质的提出及其意义。
The connotation of the concept of quality used to be very limited, referring only to the nature related to psychology and physiology. With its evolvement there comes sociality pedagogy or other meaning. At the beginning of 21st centuries there occurred researches about "the activities control quality". It emphasizes the significance of the activities control quality in the progress of cultivating the talents. Learning about the evolvement of the concept of "quality" through the narrow sense to the broad sense, the thesis defines the connotation of "pedagogy quality" afresh on the basis of critiquing the gain and loss of three pedagogy quality concepts which are popular in academic circles. Meanwhile, on the basis of the structure classification about pedagogy qualities, the thesis mainly explains the activities control quality, especially the putting forward of "the positive activities control quality" and its significance.
