摘要
农业企业化经营就是用企业的经营思想或理念去经营农业,包括农业生产的产前、产中、产后各个环节。文章对农业企业化经营的发展过程、现状和问题进行了深入分析,剖析了农业企业化经营的各种模式,并在此基础上以安徽省宁国市农民专业合作社的发展为例进行了实证分析,总结了经验,提出了不足。实践证明,农业企业化是中国农村改革的第二次飞跃,农业企业化经营是改善农业的市场条件和服务功能,建设现代化农业的新途径。
The management of agricultural enterprises is to apply the business ideas or concepts used by the enterprises to agriculture, including every aspect of agricultural production. Through a deep analysis of the development process, current situation and problems ofmanagement ofagricuhural enterprises, this artiele explores various models of management of agricultural enterprises. Besides, it summarizes some experiences and points out their defects based on the empirical analysis of the development of Agricultural co-operatives in Ningguo, Anhui. According to the research, the management of agricultural enterprises is a second leap of China＇ s rural reform. Management of agricultural enterprises is a new way to improve the commodities market conditions, service functions and it proves to be a new way to construct the modern agriculture.
