摘要
“八五”以来，江西棉花生产取得了突破性的发展，１９９１年第１次实现了自给有余，由原棉调入省到调出省的根本转变。主要是制定了各项鼓励政策，采取了有力措施和依靠科学技术的进步。随着市场形势的变化，对于今后棉花生产的发展应做到稳步发展、主攻单产、走“三高”农业新路子。
Had achieved gread developing in Jiangxi cotton production since“The Eighth Five-Year Plan”,frist time to become self-sufficient in cotton in 1991.The primary factor have three,formulate different policy to encourag cotton production,adopts strong measure and depend on seience techniques.along with wark changes.We must to steadily develop cotton prodction,focal point to per unit area yield and take the“Three High”agriculture.
