摘要
在牛顿环实验中,本文采用逐差法为数据处理的方法,以此估计出透镜曲率半径的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,并根据结果分析了该实验的测量不确定度的来源和减小误差的方法.
In this paper, the method of successive minus is used in the Newton Ring Experiment, and further makes the estimates of the component uncer- tainty and the expanded uncertainty. According to the result , the cause of the uncertainty and the method of minimizing error are discussed.
