摘要
高等职业教育为适应经济全球化、科技现代化和教育国际化需要,特别是我国加入WTO后,高职院校只有不断完善其教育服务质量管理体系,提高教育服务质量和管理水平,并建立科学的质量监控体系和评价体系,才能达到全面推进素质教育的目的,才可以在激烈的市场竞争中得到生存和发展.本文阐述了高职院校引人ISO9001:2000标准的必要性和可行性,介绍了ISO9001:2000质量标准体系的主要理念,说明了高等教育实施ISO9001:2000质量管理体系的意义.
Senior high vocational occupation education in order to adapt economic globalization, science and technology modernization and education to internationalize a demand, especially our country after joining WTO, senior high vocational school college only have continuously perfect its education service quality management system, raise education service quality and manage level, and build up the supervision system of the quality of science and evaluate system, then can attain completely purpose of pushing forward the education for all-round development, just can get existence and develop in the vehemence of the market the competition. This text elaborates a senior high vocational school college to lead into the necessity and possibility of ISO9001：2000 standards, introduces the main principle of ISO9001：2000 qualities standard system, explaines the higher education implement ISO9001：2000 qualities manage the meaning of system.
