）本文介绍了国内外花粉研究的概况，同时对新疆地产花粉的蛋白质、脂类、糖类、维生素、氨基酸、无机元素等营养成分进行测定和评价，为开发此项天然资源提供了有价值的资料。
This paper gaves a brief account of the research on Pollen of home and abroad. It alsodiscusses the detalls of the detendnation and appreciation of the local polen's nutritive composition(Pro-teins, Lipid, Carbohydrate, Vitandn, Andno acid and Inorganie elements), thus providies some valuble in-formahon for the development of this kind of natural resources.
