摘要
随着现代教育技术的发展和深入，越来越多的学科在课堂教学中尝试多媒体网络教学模式．本文提出个别化学习和协作学习都是网络教育中重要的学习方式，分析了在网络教育中个别化学习和协作学习的各自优缺点，以及如何处理好两者之间的关系．
As the modem educational technology develops and deeps into, more and more subjects tries multimedia network teaching mode in classes. This paper gives us that both individual learning and cooperative learning are important ways in distance education, we also analyses their advantage and disadvantage, as well as how to handle the relation of them.
