摘要
患者女,22岁。患者怀孕8周时右上肢出现多发性红色丘疹、结节。皮疹组织病理示:真皮内血管增生,内皮细胞肿胀,血管周围较多淋巴细胞、嗜酸粒细胞等浸润。诊断:血管淋巴样组织增生伴嗜酸粒细胞增多。
A 22-year-old pregnant woman presented with multiple red skin nodules on her right upper extremity since she had 8 week pregnant. Skin biopsy showed a florid proliferation of vessels lined by particular endothelial cells and an inflammatory infiltrate composed of lymphocytes and eosinophils. Diagnosis angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia occurred, AHLE.
