摘要
利用紫外线对蝉拟青霉原生质体进行了诱变,获得了4株产孢量比出发菌株提高1倍以上的菌株,其中1株对桃蚜的致死率比出发菌株提高10%以上。经连续转接3代后,其产孢量及对桃蚜的致死率均保持了较高的稳定性。
Four strains of Pacilomyces cicadae were selected after UV irradiation.The sporulation capacities of the new strains were one time more than that of the control strain,whereas there was only one strain of which the virulence to Myzus persicae was increased by 10%.The higher sporulation capacity and virulence to Myzus persicae of this new strain remained stable after three subcultures at an interval of one month storage.
