摘要
从雌、雄两方面来研究科间杂种银榆杨(银白杨×(白榆+新疆杨失活花粉))的有性生殖能力。(1)以新疆杨、辽宁杨和辽胡3号杨为对照,采用花序数量、花粉量及花粉生命力3个指标评价银榆杨的雄性生殖能力,测定花粉生命力采用醋酸洋红染色、培养基培养、杂交试验3种方法。结果表明,在参试品种中,银榆杨雄花序数量最大,花粉量最小,花粉含水率最低。银榆杨花粉在培养基上萌发时花粉管出现扭曲、分叉等畸形现象,占萌发花粉的30%。以银榆杨为父本进行杂交育种可能出现杂交不亲和现象。(2)以银白杨为对照,用杂交法研究银榆杨雌性孕性。结果表明,银榆杨雌性可育,但与不同派品种的亲和力不同。最后,对银榆杨花粉管在培养基上萌发存在畸形的原因进行了讨论,对银榆杨应用于杂交育种提出建议。
An out-crossing experiment bettween Populus alba L. X (Ulmus pumila L. +DEAD P. alba L. var. pyramidalis) was conducted. By using techniques of pollen inducement and puerile ovary culture, the out-crossing barrier was conquered, and hybrid seedling of P. alba X U. pumila were successfully produced. The hybrids of P. alba X(U. purnila L. +DEAD P. alba L. var. pyramidalis) were named P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’. Sterility usual occurred in hybridization of distant taxa. Sexual reproduction of interfamilial hybrids is concerned widely. Sexual reproduction of P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’ was studied in male and female from the following aspects: (1) The number of inflorescences, weight of pollen and vitality of pollen were recorded to evaluate sexual reproduction. P. X Liaonignica sp. Nov. , P. alba L. var. pyrarnidalis and (P. sirnonii X P. euphratica) X P. nigra L. var. italica(Moench. ) were used as controls. Pollen viability was detected by aceto carmine, culture medium and mating. The results indicated that the number of inflorescences of P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’ was the greatest, while the weight and vitality of pollen were the lowest among all tested samples. There were about 30 % pollen tubes that were tortuose and forficate in culture medium. Colligating the results of dye and crossing, cross incompatibility was possible when P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’ was the male parent; (2) an pollination test of P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’ was conducted and P. X alba L. was used as a control. Female P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’ was pollinated, but showing difference affinities with different male parents. At last, the causes for pollen tube abnormality of P. X alba L. ‘yinyu’ were discussed. Some recommendations were also made on using P. × alba L. ‘yinyu’as a parent.
