摘要
研究了一种冲压毛坯设计方法——基于正、反向模拟的毛坯外形设计技术,该设计方法的主要步骤为:首先测量材料的性能参数,然后采用反向模拟得到初始坯料,最后通过正向模拟进行修正。实际生产表明,该方法克服了经验方法及反向模拟法精度不足的问题,优化设计得到的坯料尺寸精确,只需少量试模即可直接成形无切边的产品,具有很大的经济效益。
A method of blank design based on forward and backward simulation for designing the blank was researched.The main process steps were as follows: first,the capability parameter of the material was measured;and then initial blank was got from backward simulation;at last,the blank was modified by using forward simulation.The results show that this method has settled the low precision problem in experiential method and backward simulation.Using the accurate blank from optimize design,non-trimming products can be obtained,which has great economic benefits.
