摘要
在1台加装了电控氢气喷射系统的4缸汽油机上,研究了进气压力对混氢汽油机燃烧与排放性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着进气压力的增加,混氢前后发动机平均指示有效压力与指示热效率均有所升高;相同进气道压力条件下,混氢后发动机热效率有所提高,但进气压力较高时混氢后发动机平均指示有效压力有所降低;发动机HC与CO排放随进气道压力的增加而逐渐降低,但NOx排放随进气压力的增加而升高;相同进气压力条件下,进气混氢有利于改善发动机HC与CO排放。
The influences of intake pressure on combustion and emission were researched on a 4-cylinder gasoline engine with electronic-controlled hydrogen injection system. The results show that the indicated mean effective pressure and indicated thermal efficiency increase with the increase of intake pressure before and after mixing the hydrogen. For the same intake pressure, the indicated thermal efficiency of hydrogen-enriched engine increases, but the indicated mean effective pressure decreases at higher intake pressure. With the increase of intake pressure, the HC and CO emission decrease step by step, but the NOx emission increases. Under the same conditions of intake pressure, the addition of hydrogen is helpful to reduce the HC and CO emission.
