摘要
基于玛纳斯河流域自然条件恶劣、生态平衡脆弱等问题,根据生态环境预警指标体系在生态环境预警机制的重要作用,以"压力—状态—响应"模型为理论模型,构建了玛纳斯河流域生态环境预警指标体系的基本框架。
Based on the formidable natural condition and fragile ecosystem of the Manasi River Basin, the basic frame of the early warning index system for the eco-environment of the basin is constructed herein by taking the model of ＂ pressure-statusresponse as the theoretical model on the basis of the important role of the early environmental warning mechanism of the early warning index system.
