摘要
中药是以天然药物为主的药物,中药中所含各种活性成分对人体健康有其重要的临床意义。近年来活性成分的研究进一步阐明了中药防治疾病的机理,证明了其科学性与重要性,因此提高对中药活性成分的性质及其分析方法的研究水平,对于保护人类的健康和促进社会进步具有重要的意义。黄酮类化合物是近年来中药活性成分研究的热点之一。介绍黄酮的传统的提取工艺和一些现代化的提取工艺。着重研究黄酮类化合物的分析方法。
Chinese Traditional Medicine is a kind of medicine in which the main components consisted of natural medicine. The active constituents in the Chinese Traditional Medicine have important clinical significance to the human health. Recently, the studies of active constituents have further elucidated the mechanism in preventing and treating diseases by Chinese Traditional Medicine. Consequently, enhancing the study level of the properties and the analysis methods of active constituents in Chinese Traditional Medicine will have great significance to protect the human health and promote the progress of social development. One of the hotspots in the research was active constituents of the flavonoids. It introduced the traditional and modem extraction technology of flavonoids. It emphasized on the analistic method of flavonoids.
