摘要
医药卫生体制改革不仅关系到全体公民的身体健康和生命安全,也关系到居民的社会保障水平。文章认为医药卫生体制改革需要科学界定医疗服务的性质及可由市场提供医疗服务的具体内容,需摸清我国卫生投入和医疗保障水平现状,需明确公立医院改革方向并探索多元办医途径,需确立院际合作及基层医院改革方式,需加快中医药事业发展并大力推进医生多点执业,只有做好以上五个方面基本工作,医药卫生体制改革才能顺利实施。
The health system reform concerns not only all the people＇s health and safety, but also the social welfare of the residents in China. The paper told that it was necessary to know the nature of the health service clearly and clarify the specific content of medical service in the market, to make sure the present situation of the health service input, to make sure the trend of the reform of the public hospitals and the ways the private capital supplying health service, to pursue the best ways of the reform of the basic hospitals and the cooperation among hospitals, and to speed up the development of Chinese traditional medicine and make the doctors and nurses work in different places. Only doing five aspects of basic work above well can the health system reform be carried on smoothly.
