摘要 目的:评价机器人辅助立体定向系统在脑出血硬通道血肿抽吸术中的操作性能。方法:采用机器人辅助立体定向系统对7只实验性脑出血猪进行硬通道血肿抽吸术,评价其操作性能。结果:该定向系统有较高的安全性、实用性,各操作之间连接顺畅,操作难易程度适中,配准时间较短。结论:该立体定向系统操作性能优良,自动化程度尚需提高。 Objective: To evaluate the application of robot-aided stereotactic hematoma aspiration system in experimental intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: The robot-aided stereotactic system was developed by the Institute of Mechanics and Tongji Hospital affiliated to Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Hematoma in 7 experimental ICH piglets had been aspirated by a mental puncture needle aided by a robot system. Results: The stereotactic system was safe and easy to be handled. All parts of the system cooperated smoothly. Conclusion: The stereotactic system is good in practical performance but the automation should be improved further.
