摘要
目的:研究PTEN,DcR3,Cyclin E在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法:收集75例随访资料完整的胃癌手术切除标本及15例正常胃组织标本,常规HE染色及应用免疫组织化学方法检测PTEN,DcR3,Cyclin E在胃癌组织中的表达。结果:PTEN在胃癌组织中低表达,并随肿瘤浸润深度的加深、淋巴转移的发生及临床分期的增高而降低;DcR3及Cyclin E在胃癌组织中高表达,并随肿瘤浸润深度的加深、淋巴转移的产生、临床分期的提高、肿瘤病理分化程度的降低而升高。结论:PTEN与DcR3,Cyclin E在胃癌的发生发展中有相互制约或促进作用;各自都可以作为胃癌生物学行为和判断预后的指标。
Objective: To study the expression of PTEN, DcR3 and Cyclin E in gastric carcinoma and to investigate the relationship among PTEN, DcR3 and Cyclin E in the development of gastric carcinoma. Methods: Tumor specimens were collected from 75 gastric adenocarcinoma cases and 15 cases of non - tumor gastric tissue. The expression of PTEN, DcR3 and Cyclin E was detected by routine HE coloration and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression rate of PTEN in gastric cancer tissues was low, and reduced with increased invasive depth and clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis. The expression rate of DcR3 and Cyclin E in gastric cancer tissues was high, and increased with increased invasive depth and clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion: PTEN and DcR3, Cyelin E inter- restricted or interacted in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma, and could be a guide marker in biological behavior of gastric cancer and estimation of prognosis.
