摘要
教育所显示的本体功能就是它对人类文化的传承功能，因此，按文化作用于人的形式应该分为两类：他人教育和自我教育，进而人类文化的传承按方法，也应该有两种基本的途径和手段，这就是他人教育和自我教育。从唯物辩证法的内因论可知，自我教育是文化传承本源性的内在动力，因此需对自我教育在人类文化传承中的发生机理，做一个理论上的概括性阐释。
The biggest function of education is to inherit human＇s culture. So the form according to culture acting on human should be divided into two categories： other- education and self-education. And then by method of transmission of human culture, but also there should be two basic ways： This is t other- education and self-education. From the internal theory of materialist dialectics, we can see only t most self-education is the cultural heritage of the origin of the intrinsic motivation. This article is on se education in human cultural transmission mechanism in place, do a general theoretical explanation.
