摘要
本文在原有“完全混合—完全分层”组合换气模型的工作基础上,考虑到在分区边界上的质量传递,发展了一种较为实用的三区换气模型。文中着重讨论了涉及区域划分和容积变化的参量混合因子和容积变化率的确定,给出了精确确定瞬时容积的计算公式。最后以 MAN52/106B 型机和43/82C 型机作为算例进行了工作过程计算,得出了较为满意的结果,证明本模型的合理性和实用性。
Based on the “mixing-stratifying” model,a pratical “threezonescavenging” model is developed in considering the mass exchange at the boundary ofthe zone.The mixing factors related to the volume variation and the dividing ofthree zones are introduced and their determination as well as the volume variation rateare emphatically discussed in this paper.A calculation formula for precisely determin-ing the volume at a proper crank angle is also provided.By the working process cal-culation on 52/105B and 43/82C diesel engine,the satisfied results show the “three-zone” model reasonable and practical.
