摘要
目的观察手法复位夹板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折的临床疗效。方法对64例尺桡骨双骨折患者进行传统的手法整复、小夹板旋中固定,观察并调整固定松紧度,评价其临床疗效。结果随访6月,结果优24例,良30例,优良率84.8%。结论手法复位夹板外固定治疗儿童尺桡骨双骨折具有创伤小,固定优良的特点,临床疗效肯定。
Objective To observe the effect of bone setting manipulation with splintage treatment on ulna and radius fracture. Methods Sixty four patients were treated by this bone setting manipulation with splintage and the clinical effects were evaluated. Results All 64 patients were followed up for 6 months. According to criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine and mode evaluating criteria, 24 patients obtained excellent results, 30 good, fair and no poor. Conclusion Bone setting manipulation with splingtage possesses following advantages： minimal wound, fast recovery and satisfactory effect. It is suitable for the treatment of most ulna and radius fracture.
