摘要
警察管理是公安队伍建设的核心内容,调动警察的工作积极性是提高公安工作效能的关键要素。建构运行高效的公安队伍建设长效激励机制,有利于加强警察管理,有利于调动警察的工作积极性和提高公安工作效能。针对当前公安队伍建设中存在的问题,应从树立警察正确的需要观、强化警察危机意识、完善榜样激励机制以及培育人文关怀激励机制等方面着手解决。
Police administration is the core content of the police force construction and arousing the enthusiasm of police is the key element to improve the efficiency of public security work. To build a long - term incentive mechanism for police force construction is beneficial to strengthening police administration, arousing police＇s work enthusiasm and improving the efficiency of public security work. In order to solve the current problems in police force construction, we shall cultivate the correct view of their demanding, strengthen their crisis consciousness, improve the police example incentive mechanism and foster the incentive mechanism of humanistic care.
